This is printed on a large single sheet (originally) folded once to make 4-pages. It has since been folded in quarters. Some wear along the folds. Fairly faint dampstaining at the top and bottom edges. A bit of edgewear, and a 1/2" tear on the right end of the original fold. Else fairly clean.
