PAYMENT

 

We accept VISA, MC, checks and PayPal. You are welcome to call us at (715) 514-4090 with your credit card information if you are hesitant to provide it online. Libraries and institutions will be billed according to their specifications.

 

REFUNDS

 

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. All books or other items are returnable for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Before returning a purchase, please contact us at [email protected] first so that we can provide return instructions. Returned items must be in original condition, packed to withstand any damage during shipment and shipped by a method with tracking.

 

We do our best to describe books accurately but if we make a mistake in our description, we will issue a full refund including return shipping.

 

If the return is not due to an error on our part we will refund the cost of the book but the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

 

We do reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee in some cases.

 

SHIPPING

 

We primarily use USPS Media Mail and Priority Mail for shipping domestic packages. International shipping is typically by USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. We make an effort to find the least expensive and safest method to ship your purchase. Please contact us with specific requirements or requests for alternative methods. We are happy to provide quotes for shipping.

 

Shipping charges are based on the method chosen for shipment, the weight of the package, and the geographical destination or shipping zone. We charge $4.75 for the average 2 lb package shipped by Media Mail.

 

We take great care in packing books for shipment. Whenever possible we ship in sturdy boxes and only use mailers or Priority Mail envelopes if there is room to provide extra protection for your book.
